Consulting Services

Through our GSA MOBIS Schedule, AOS provides a variety of strategic and tactical consulting services to optimize facility performance and reduce occupancy costs.  When providing consulting services, we stress that a plan or a recommendation is not the end of the project – if plans and recommendations cannot be implemented, the engagement has not been a success.  Accordingly, we focus on training and deployment of our “results” throughout the organization.
