The key steps for a successful implementation are:

  • Orientation: To define the goals and the objectives for the new environment and to gather the required information.
  • Analysis: To define the needs of each department, to develop a relationship matrix, to measure the occupancy index, interviews;
  • Concept: To develop the concept for one floor based on the objectives and the space needs and considering all elements of the work environment.
  • Program: Micro layout (details) of each floor based on the concept and the space requirements.
