For the 5th time, AOS Studley presents its annual "AOS Studley Occupancy Cost Index". In 2009, the OCI has reached 11.764 € per workplace.

In 2009, the Occupancy Cost Index value for one workplace in Belgium was 11.764 € per year ; which is a diminution of 4,05 % in comparison with 2008.
